Licensed since 1989, I have developed the skills necessary to market and sell both resale and new homes in the Atlanta marketplace. My skills include preparation of a pricing strategy to assist sellers in properly pricing their homes, development and implementation of a marketing plan and most importantly an “Accountability and Feedback” program that keeps sellers informed. In representing buyers, I am a careful listener, evaluating the customers’ needs and then matching them to the perfect home. My experience in representing builders in new construction has taught me a lot of what to look when helping my clients with their home purchase. I feel that this knowledge is invaluable information that every buyer should have the benefit of. My ability to focus in on what the buyer is really looking for helps shorten the process. Finally my negotiation skills are keen, allowing the buyer to get the best buy and seller to realize the best price, depending on who I am representing. My clients can be assured that I will be honest and strive to make the experience an enjoyable one. My goal is to offer superior, personalized service on an individual basis.
